Problem with Tournament predictions - Guild Wars Forums

Hey,
I have been pacing predictions for 3months now and have never got any rewards. The thing is i have another login E-mail to GW than I have to the Prediction site, but i have changed the "Guild Wars Account Name" in the manage my account page on the prediction site to my guildwars login E-mail. But it still doesnt work and i have no idea why. I should have got like 10prediction points each from GvG and 1v1 but i got nada

What am i doing wrong, i cant think of anything plz help i want my money

Your best shot would be to email Anet support and detail what you wrote here methinks.
